@718shark okay 1 No elder scrolls game is online (Skyrim is part of the elder scrolls series) 2 you can pay monthly ( i thinks its like $14.99) every 3 months ($41.97 every 3 months) or every 6 months ($77.94) 3 runescape is a horrible MMO if i were you i would try other free to play mmos before playing a pay to play to see if you even like MMOs. I suggest MapleStory or Runes of Magic or something that will give you the feel of what a MMO is like.
