It could be essential tremors. Go see a neurologist. I actually have it, and it gets progressively worse. But, you definitely need to see a neurologist ASAP to get diagnosed
@milo11517 No, I never did. It's actually been happening more frequently, though. Last week it happened two days in a row. It doesn't make a huge impact on my life or anything, and it usually only lasts a few minutes to half an hour, but it definitely very strange.
one time my thumb was twitching, this is like 6 months ago. I think it last a few days on and off and was never really bad. A few years ago my bicep would twitch, dont know what that was all about...
