Photoshop Eye Color Change

This doesnt look bad at all.. And thanks for doing this tutorial on a very dark brown eye, you can usually only find these tutorials for light colored eyes.

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 and I can't find the mask! WHERE is it?? :(
