Okay, the one in this video is a late 2004. The vehicle in this video earned a 4 of 5 star safety rating from the NHTSA and didn't get rated from the IIHS.

In fact, the info in the description is for the 1st gen 2004 Spectra even though the one in the video is a 2nd gen 2004 Spectra with dramatically improved safety elements.

Kia stopped production of the 1st gen 04' in Dec. 03' where production of the 2nd gen 04' immediately started.
