No, because the entire red-light bit is almost a direct quote from RedvsBlue. Not to mention it's a comedy based on soldiers that fought in a war. And yes, I would definitely consider any comedy made in Halo that's based on soldiers that fought/are fighting in a war is definitely an RvB ripoff.

It was the bit Caboose did regarding the phone message thing. It was either a PSA or a DVD extra, I don't remember.

Besides, that's pretty much the only reason I didn't like this trailer. I already watched the other episodes and actually enjoyed them.

Actually I remember it in a Red vs. Blue Custom Video PSA (a PSA for custom videos).

But I know you didn't rip it off, sometimes people don't know if it's taken. It's impossible to make something original these days. But this machinima however is very original. It just amazes me of what you guys can do with just one map and four characters (well five if you include the newly added Erwin (or seven if you count Amy and Timmy)).
