i had a great laugh reading all these comments! but i'm just as anal as all you guys so i'm on your side. i love this song too, i just linked it to my fb
hey BreakingGuitarz33: who cares? and by the way: bad religion has never been and will never be pop-punk; it's called melodic punk and that's a big difference if you ask me ;)
But yeah, i honestly consider some of their songs to be pop punk..melodic if thats what you want to call it..the only difference is that they aren't shit like many other bands in that genre.
and no bands like simple plan aren't pop punk..thats just corporate garbage
@benedictsux If its not a big deal then why do you care?

So Yesturday BR had their show in portland (at the roseland) and - by the way it was amazing - and Greg Graffin said that this song was inspired by the LHC that's finally finished and making headlines.
@DTEENPUNKROCK the lyrics to their albums have some pretty intelligent words put to some crafty rhymes by a college professor... listening to BR is good for your brain : )
No Control or suffer would be my question of the day. I don't know which I like more, but this is definitely one of my favorite bad religion songs ever.
personaly against the grain is my fav i can listen to every song all the way through. thats just me though i love most BR albulm except into the unknown, the new america, and substance.
new america and no substance ironically don't have enough substance to keep me listening although there are flashes of brilliance (e.g. believe it, hear it etc) and i have the same problem with ATG in that songs like unacceptable and positive aspect just suck a little to me.
AND I NEED AIR TO LIVE YEAHHH! he screwed up the lyrics

you just compared punk to pop punk. pop punk is for the little fruits who wish to look punk while still going to bed at 9 on weekends.

Bad religion does punk pop- like sorrow, los angeles is burning, etc...
RicardoSaid 3 years ago
if you think that those songs are anything but pop punk than you have no idea what hardcore Or punk is.

Suffer and no control are overrated
RicardoSaid 3 years ago
No! They're just perfect.
JohnZackarias 3 years ago
Nop, in fact Suffer sucks in creativity. No control is just mediocre, but against the grain in kinda perfect such as generator
RicardoSaid 3 years ago
No Control or suffer would be my question of the day. I don't know which I like more, but this is definitely one of my favorite bad religion songs ever.
kablammy1 3 years ago
no control. just look at the songs: automatic man, you, anxiety, progress, henchman. just to name a few.
suffer is a great album but i think no control is the best bad religion lp. and it's definitely not overrated...
