Goverment employees use their own money for a portion of their insurance,why do the packages have to be free of abortion coverage? It is dictating to the employees what kind of coverage is even offered,when they do not pay for the whole premium.You think they are going to change when offering partial payment to all Americans. A case of politicians elected to represent all the citizens of their district,but putting forward the views of the ones who speak loudest.Everyone needs to voice opinions

Paid it extra or no help is hypocrisy. Fund must be use to help people understand themselves on such situation. If our laws and politics push people go cheap, unsafe or illegal alternatives, the lawmakers are also at fault. This is a lose/lose direction. People have to call and urge your House representatives not to allow this to continue. Focus on our social stigma for understandings.

Why both pro-choice & pro-life both work for conservative social stigma to oppress young people? If we keep on push young people to hide for unwanted pregnancy, we help them revolt only. I'm conservative but I know rolling our society back to our parents' era is impossible, even with force. Blaming casual relationships doesn't help make young people see good as what we regard as good. People won't be brainwashed by hear & say as easy as us. They will revenge on our generation's social stigma.

If Stupak doesn't run for President in 2012 I'm still going to write him in. This is a thoughtful, intelligent man who has his finger on the pulse when it comes to common sense governance of this country. "Anti-choice amendment". In the abortion discussion, "anti-choice" means one is against the "choice to kill" the unborn baby for socio-economic reasons. "Pro-choice" means one is for the "choice to kill" the unborn baby for those reasons. The Stupak Amendment is design to prevent "pro-choice" groups from imposing their abortion morality on others (i.e. force others, regardless of moral convictions, to pay for the "choice to kill" the unborn baby for any social or economic reason.)

2:50-2:55 The "segregating (abortion) funds" issue (in the Senate) appears unsound. That Obamacare bill (HR 3590) establishes the "community health insurance" (public option, paid for with federal - public - money). The bill appears to clearly authorize (p.118) the Secretary of HHS to require coverage of abortion-on-demand through the public option. The bill also appears to create new federally supported subsidies to purchase private health plans that will cover abortion-on-demand.
