Did it piss anyone else off that the cop who pulled the trigger got a lesser sentence in exchange for testifying against other cops for lesser crimes? Cops like this shouldn't be put in isolation for their protection. If our Founding Fathers could see this they would tell us to rethink this whole police thing. I live in a poor neighborhood but have never had a problem with the people living around me - what I fear is getting arrested or even shot by the police while I am minding my own business and not bothering anyone. I have been falsely arrested 4 times now by simply fitting a general description. I was roughed up 3 times even though I never resisted arrest, only to be released later with no apology
