This is from a British sketch comedy show called "JAM" written and directed by a brilliant man by the name of Chris Morris. He is also responsible for such shows as "Brass Eye" and another I forget the name of. It's really great stuff, pretty hilarious on a subtle level...a really wonderful show, Jam. Unfortunately not many people know about these shows because it's not mainstream humor by most people's standards.
