While I respect Ms Johanson for having the gumption to record these videos, her credentials are rather lacking. Simply attending a boarding school is not sufficient for her to be qualified to instruct on formal dining etiquette. Moreover, her instructions are often very incorrect. I would recommend watching Nancy Mitchell's etiquette series on monkeysee. She has 20 years experience with diplomatic protocol/etiquette with the US government. Her series is much better and far more accurate.
