I just downloaded the game, its awsome! Just like Space Hulk! I loved the humor in it (No, this isnt Sparta. One more "witty" remark like that and im going to jettison your ass out the nearest airlock! S.P.A.R.T.A.N is just a dumb acronym some smartass up in R&D came up whit!)

GW was ok with the game as long as THQ published it. THQ was after months of negotiation not willing to do that so we decided to rebrand the game. So we do not longer use anything from the the 40K universe and are stepping away from GW and THQ creating our own game.

Indeed, so instead of keeping fighting a seemingly unwinnable battle, they decided to do the best thing for the fans, and simply reskin the game so we could get it!

We can always mod it back to the 40k universe ourselves if we wish.:)
