It's starts with Am to D7 and then changes to C and G7 with a few dm7 chords in there. I don't remember exactly how it goes I haven't played it in forever, but I know during the middle part there is an F chord in there too. Hope this helps! :)

This was a really long time ago but I believe it starts off with em and a7 and then it goes to g for a little bit. Then the main part is using c, g7 and at one point f I believe.
