well your DC skills are decent.

but you seem to be Focusing on sending enemies into the air. you should try to use some of his defult comboes the ai uses

I already know how to use his default combos for both his punches and his kicks along with doing his air combos.  However, with that being said, doing that is always easier said than done in actual combat rather than in practice mode.

With defensive heavy characters like Fat Albert, the direct approach doesn't always work. Besides, I also try to do his default combos every time I fight. I guess I need one more fight to show what I'm really capable of. (Damn, stiff controller!)
