@Poltergeyst Pyramid Head is a manifestation in James' mind, so to speak, he is the "punisher" for James. The reason, I think, he rapes the monsters is due to James being sexually repressed due to Mary's cancer. (The sexual repression also comes into play when you see the Nurses, their outfit and movements).

and is the story of the game, the same as in the movie? i would like if you tell me everything you know, cus, it trully intrigs me, and i know nothing about the subject. i didn't watch the movie (i can't! it's horrible) and i don't have the game

@Poltergeyst All the monsters are created by James' imagination and the "torture" of looking after Mary. The nurses represent his sexual repression, the lying creatures (@start) represent how James feels trapped, like he's in a straitjacket. Pyramid Head has no "face", so to speak, because he is an unknown entity. Its rumored that under the mask its James, but I don't believe that. I just think PH is mysterious punisher for what James has done. The movie was piss bad, you want to know about Sh1?
