What he means is that a state of joy, peace and love is like Kryptonite to the ego, mind or pain body. We all suspect that misery and unhappiness are the energy source for mind/ego. When you are tense, anxious you are less aware of opportunities and possibilities (this has been scientifically proven) but a state of relaxed, calm allows us to get in touch with intuition, gut feeling which is empowering.

I thought, maybe its just my soul leaving my body alittle bit and that scary part, thats my ego trying to protect to have that feeling when im concious.. As i was thinking that it was spinning faster and harder and i felt really light, but i could tottaly let go.. It was a cool experience and i realised that i probarly (just like most of) has a strong ego to protect me from that kind os things.

I had this thing yesterday that have never happened to me before.. I was stoned with a friend, and i dont smoke alot anymore so when do i get really stoned. And i was lying in his bed listening to some kind of trance music with kind of djungel drums in it.. And everything started to spin, i could really feel my body spinning just as when your really drunk and trying to sleep. Now, this has happened to me many times before, but because i have started to change my belifes about what/who i am....
