@jokim what you probably mean is that a leopard gecko can regrow a tail. It can loose it 3 times but there can be the original tail,and the one that grows back.

I have a small problem .. I just got my first young leopard gecko, I keep him in an aquarium, the temperature is 80F, he/she have water and I try to feed him but he/she don't eats.. I have him already for 3 day and he was not eating,

he just shed .. may be this is why ???

I dont know how to make him eat .. please help !!!!

@lizardboy2k yes when leopard geckos are born they will keep the same colors-but some colors can fade away if you dont water your gecko or give it enough light or heat...ect so when you get a leopard gecko make sure that those are the colors you want on your gecko cuz theirs no going back-personaly idk about the colors but some people flip out about having the colors they dont want on their gecko. XD

@BruninhoTheLegend The development time for the eggs varies between females, anything from 2-5 weeks is common. When the female is about to lay she will get restless and wonder around her enclosure and occasionally dig in the substrate. Some females will also eat less, or nothing at all, as the time to lay approaches.

hey man, just a little tip. feed them small crickets when there babys. mealworms are harder to digest and less nutrients are in em. i know crickets are a pain in the ass. buts its best to get them started on those. but yeh beautiful litte critters you got congrats.

My leo looks very similar to the last you show: hypo tangerine or whatever except mine is yellowish tan and the darker striped on its body is a dark greyish tan color.
