Thanks for posting this! My six month old brother loves the sound of the hair dryer, and I played this and he fell to sleep within a minute!!

I used it to calm down my one month baby and it really worked!! he sleeps much better at night now. I also swaddled him all wrapped with a blanket, so both things helped.

Wow this is brilliant, I hope it's not too much to ask for another hair dryer recording, but with moving/shaking the hair dryer about, like you would if you were drying your hair and in and out from the microphone - the sound of the white noise going in and out and shaking is extremely relaxing! Thanks.
