iraj have had the best voice ever without doubt, but, he has done lots of bullshit songs and he regrets! I think the school and prestige is an imp factor.

I as a musician fully agree with you. Shajaryan and even Banan have confirmed the fact that Iraj had the best quality of voice that the nature could have presented to any one!But unfortunately he did not enrich his musical carrier. he stoped learning andplunjed into commercial songs in the monies! Shajaryan once told me that if he had the Iraj's voice he could have done 1000 times better! any way despite all these Iraj remains as one of the icons of the art of traditional radif singing in Iran.
