Superb...the version I've heard since ELO Pt 2 redid it on their 2nd live album. It makes you wonder what kind of live show Jeff Lynne could do if he surrounded himself with a real string section and choir. Maybe one day in our lifetime?

Excellent..Why can't or didn't ELO ever replicate this song the way these guys just did?It seems that every live version of ELO tunes sound like they are going through the motions and don't want to give paying fans a good concert.

this is amazing, how they replicated the recording so well. except the anvil was a bit off. and the synth/vocoder stuff was a bit off. otherwise it was amazingly done.

Nicely done for what's essentially a studio band! Especially enjoyed the string quartet and choir, but proper "clangophone" should be done with a metal fire extinguisher, not anvil...
