dude i love you...my gramps just lend me his strum stick and i'm just fiddling around with it now..but keep an eye out cus i'm gonna get some vids up soon!!
Returning here again because I am simply in awe at your showcase here. I am very enthused at the ditty selection...especially since you've decided (very wisely on your part) to include two gems from the pen of Stephen Foster...the undisputed Father of American Folk Music. Once again, many thanks for bringing much cheer and pleantries to this otherwise humdrum Monday afternoon.
What did we do to deserve such a delightful medley of some of the very best-known and best-loved ditties? This is definately one to place VERY PROUDLY into my You Tube Favorites as it not only contains such heart warming folk songs...but having them performed by THE MASTER strummer himself, makes them all the more treasured.
Many thnks for this extra long and extra special attraction, kind sir.
I just purchased a Smokey Mountain strum stick, but have an old McNally like yours. What key do you have your instrument tuned to?

@pondplantgirl I tune my grand strumstick DAD and sometimes DGD. I tune my standard strumstick FCF.
