I actually like the feature. I have a PS3 and there really isn't one particular thing I like over everything else at the moment. I like the blu ray movies, enjoy streaming content from my PC directly to my PS3, and then watching it at another person's house through my PSP. This really isn't a gaming console at all. It is an entertainment machine with gaming being only part of what it was made for.

The only thing that has me wanting a Wii is the controller (Ironic, since when I saw the controller before the demos I thought it was strange looking). As for graphics and power, it pales in comparison to the 360 and the PS3.

that is cool ive never seen photos being read and in realtime turned into floppy paper...is a shame sony dosnt let us just plug a keyboard and mouse into it release a os workbench so can edit the photos so i can throw my junk pile of a pc out the window

The Blu-Ray standalone player costs $1000 or more. Considering most people will want to buy the $200 HD-DVD player attachment with their $400 XBox 360, that is $600, and for the same price, getting half of what the PS3 has to offer. The only real competition in the sales department is the Wii, offering full motion sensory, a courageous step in gaming. Bravo, Nintendo! :)

Beautiful! I will buy the pS3 for four reasons. Blu-Ray, for playing MP3 on my high end system, 1080i Picture viewer and, least important for me, gaming. A decent mp3 player for my stereo system cost $300, a BD player $1500 (although the price will drop soon). A 1080i picture viewer does noe even exist yet...

BTW, it appears to be LOTS of children commenting here on YouTube...

Not everyone buys a PS3 just for games. It can be use for your home entertainment (everything in one), like my dad he likes the PS3 so much he bought his own for his Entertainment center and got rid of those DVD/karaoke player, CD/MP3 Player to have lesser clutter space in the living room. It's way better then buying a bulky computer and hooking it up to your BIG flat screen, when PS3 offer all those things.
