Just a few questions:

I can see that you both have great skin to begin with but I'd like to know what you both have put on your skin prior to the applications of the foundations that is imparting that dewy radiant glow. It seems whatever you have put your skin (mositurizer, primer etc.) has made the foundations glide on.

And you didn't mention what the colours of the foundations that you applied were. That would be very helpful:) As the colours look very natural.

After looking for a foundation that will suit my dry, oh so very sensitive and pale skin with very red cheeks, I've almost studied all your foundation videos and finally found the perfect foundation for me, wich is the vita lumiére one. I've honestly never had so perfect skin, it looks perfectly natural, covers everything that needs to be covered and truly just looks like I have the most amazing perfect skin... I've had both teint innocence but I thought it gave too much coverage so now I have vitalumiere Aqua and it's brilliant! Chanel is top notch when it comes to makeup, they never disappoint IMO

omg so jealous..both of you have such gorgeous skin you really don't even need foundation. i wish i had good skin so i could wear vitalumiere because it is absolutely beautiful (and i have extreme dry skin). i'm not sure if i could wear any of these because i need medium coverage and all of these appear to be light. tip with the glass bottle of teint innocence..put your middle finger over the opening while using your thumb to hold the bottom..shake the product onto your finger. that might help

I went to my Chanel counter and asked for foundation samples, the girl said they don't give samples and said she would color match me. First she matched me to BR22 even though I have very very fair yellow undertone skin. Then she took the proudct testers off the counter and used them without cleaning them!! So now I have 4 huge zits from it!

@Missjade83xx I'm not sure if your question was ever answered but from my interpretation and understanding, "satin" is one that leans more towards a silky-looking, fuller coverage matte finish. "Dewy" would be a more sheer coverage with sort of a moisturized semi "shiny" finish.

The vitalumiere aqua is my holy grail fooundation. i have super oily skin, so i pwder it, and it lasts allllll day. its amazing because i have in between skin, so i need something with medium coverage, but cant stand the feel of foundation. it can be hard to find something that offers enough coverage to cover my minor problems without giving me the feel of a thick foundation i dont need. after trying laura mercier silk creme, bare minerals, MUFE mat velvet, etc, i finally found my perfect match

This video insired me to FINALLY buy Vitalumiere Aqua, it is way above my budget but it is the best thing I ever did. Chemist makeup was just becoming too thick, yellow and 'cakey' for me. It feels fantastic and it will last me ages, my fiance even thinks it is lovely- he hates the smell of foundation but thinks the Chanel ones are fantastic!!

This is so helpful for me! but I'm still caught between Vitalumiere Aqua and Pro Lumiere as my first foundation >~< Im 15 and have pretty good very fair Asian skin, no acne, have freckles splattered across my cheekbones, slightly oily t-zone and normal skin everywhere else. I want a radiant glow but I still want coverage to hide my freckles when I want a more polished professional or doll like look. Dont know if I should get Aqua and a full coverage concealer or Pro and spot conceal with it.

I decided to give Chanel foundations a go after watching you guys. Bought Mat Lumiere because of my skintype and light coloring and I absolutely love it. Best foundation I have ever had. Used with Smashbox Photo Finish I don't even need to powder my face if I don't want to and it looks so natural and beautiful and still covers my imperfections. Thanks guys.
