Back to the Jim Crow laws. Really? Jim Crow laws were shot down in Brown vs. The Board of Education in 1954. They violated the 14th ammendment and were unconstitutional. This is why we have a Constitution. Furthermore, if you embraced the 10th ammendment, each State could choose whether or not abortion was right for their State.
