@Akatsuki4545 never mind , i play on pcsx2 ps2 emulator, it's all glitchy and stuffs , and yes i pressed, and after several tries with the save stats , i did it, but the funny thiing is ,i enter it like a normal car, and can change the radio , but i can't control it , ;) :D it's funny and would be nice if youcan control it, coz it fly too high , but the earth will disappear when u get hight, that's why planes don't fly high in vcs and vc , due to game engine, not like san andreas

@RewinYgbuhay It actually does work, it is just hard to do without a mod installed, because if you touch the front of the wing for too long you will be killed. You have to run to the back to the wing whilst repeatedly tapping the enter vehicle button (triange if i recall, it's been a while) and if you're lucky he will get in. It does take time though, i first got it on about my 10th try.

@ghiecasaclang What do you mean impossible to get the big jet. That's the same jet that's been flying around since the begining of the game. All you unlock from wining the campain in the R*LAX outfit, and from 100% game completion you unlock the ability to replay cutscenes.
