@Smileyyy21 well p90x is awesome and definitely better overall, but p90 is good for people with

1. less time to workout because most of the workouts are only half the time

2. people who aren't as fit/active -> p90x can be really tough to start for people way out of shape

I bet people who do p90 continue to p90x feeling much better
