Meaning, that the episodes were supposed to be up to 3 only, just that the 3rd episode was long so it was divided into 2. :] I hope it's not confusing to u anymore as it is not to me anymore ^^

season 2 wont be dubbed because the company Geneon, who dubbed the first season, is out of the North America market. The boxed set of the dubbed version is still being distributed because they allowed Funimation to sell it.
