I know someone who got pregnant at 15 and she didn't dare tell her parents, so she didn't tell them before she was in like the 7th month or something, and before she said anything they couldn't tell she was pregnant, but the minute she said it she could relax her body or something because than boom her belly just got big :). I have even heard about a woman who didn't know she was pregnant until she went into labour, so yeah it is totally possible not to be able to see that someone is pregnant.
