@mysterious195 Guided missiles only disable the vehicle if you're lucky. They are pretty much useless and the enemy quite a lot of times has smoke. The frogfoot has a hell of a kick with it's main gun, on fighters you can use the rocket pods. The only situation for a guided missile is perhaps hardcore maps

"he likes flying russian jets" you dont get to choose to be the US or the russians, thats complete. random. why? because the americans have much better equipment. the viper is infinitely better than the havoc. the little birds over the z11s. hell even the US scopes are better than the RU scopes. you can change team if you like, but rarely an entire squad, which makes it hard cause you NEED friends to enjoy this game. i cannot stress that enough.

@DAZEonPC when it comes to the scopes, i think it is totally down to preference. i personally like the big square area of the US HOLO and cant stand anything over the RDS size zoom. and when it comes to choppers. my god, the havoc is like trying to park an articulated lorry compared to the viper. and the little bird wipes the floor of the z11s, and the russians don't even get transport heli's. as for jets. i think they are incredibly boring in comparison to the choppers or just basic gunning.

@bazbonehead The Russians get a transport heli on Op Firestorm, it's called the KA-60 Kahagah or something like that. It might be on another couple of maps, but I know for sure that it's on Op Firestorm Conquest. (It's on Console too.)

It's worth noting that PC players have the option to adjust the sensitivity of vehicles, like the jet. That's why he can turn so fast compared to a console player.

a tip for all you guys. When chasing somebody or while being chased, hit the brakes and turn. It makes your turn tighter. Just don't hold that button for too long or you will stall the jet.

why do these people always get noobs flying the jets on the enemy and takes them out in literally 2-3 seconds.. i always get some pros with fully equipped jets who do some 1828438743823 spin and suddenyl they are behind me and head shoot me with their machine gun.. (it actually happened, my jet was at 100% health and in less than a second i was dead with the jet still flying..)

my missle dodge method is a barrel roll,then fly straight up and do the different roll like at 6:04 and do half so i end up upside down the do a level out roll and do a full roll like at 6:04.this is just so they cant fire the missle.it wont work if the missle is incomming.i hope it helps

For longer runs, the guided missile can be a great asset not only to take 33 armor damage (correct?) but as a spotting tool. I always fly to high altitudes spot everything there is to spot and go down with a thunder consisting of a guided missile and a long burst. It is so effective when you get used to it. Flawless flights aren't rare in my world. Don't get me wrong, I'm not promoting me as some kind of pro, I'm as good as anyone else with jets BUT I've developed my unique technique.

@reflexchopper I just flew SU 25 in mod for BF 2 called US Intervention it was on Iraqi Forces side and gun mechanic was much better than in BF 3, it has true ground attack jet feeling + 6 bombs and 4 laser guided missiles made it awesome, same with A-10.

I'd prefer to have bombs on them would be better. And I hate how Ground Attack jets are dogfighting.
