Haha, today I bruised my leg and it's blue now... I was practicing free running (Not flips) I live near a river where lots of trees have been cut down and you can jump on them get high and free run :D I jumped off a high one about 4 meters in the air sorta slipped on some loose rocks and I smashed my leg on a rock :D I rolled down with my hands on my face but when I was at the bottom I was laughing!!!!

You guys are very good, but freerunning is not just flipping. I subscribed, because those were nice flips, but hopefully in future videos I will see some massive climbing. Use surroundings to support it. Get as close to parkour as you can get.
