Where country and western and R & B meet is called "rock-n-roll." I feel kind of sad for young people today. I am 53 but when I was 17, I heard folk, rock, blues, country and R & B (especially Motown) all on on radio dial. Programmers today jam one kind of music down kid's throats and that's all they know.
