@ganzfan9 you can take still photos or pictures out of your videos. 30 to 60 frames per second of your video. It will capture every second of your video through the FlipShare software. Just click on the SnapShot feature. That's one feature I most love. Such an amazing camcorder and software. I currently have a Mino HD. :)
