@astarothsharp I do them very often because we bet on burpees with my bf almost every day. :) Few days ago, did them in the parking at the mall. :) 5 burpees = $5 :)
@bikinitrainer i started this excersies about a week ago im doing good for a beginner but im still workign at it since cardio is harder on me,,its fun excersies really does work
