Oh, I thought that realflow was more or less only for particle animations.. I suppose that this is something similar one could create in Reactor in 3dsmax, right? Though it would be a pain in the ass to do so :) Good clip.
Of course, You can create it in any 3dpackage with rigid body dynamics. I have used realfow just because of this 'goldberg machine' contest on unofficial realflow forum.
I think that more pain would be animating this in realflow cause You have to import and then export animations that may cause many problems.
