So, the war we all know to heart "is when the entire WORLD went to war". It was not until 1941 that all continents of the globe -excluding Antartica and Africa- had full participation on the war. @MrNiki177 Because World at War is based on world war 2 during the 1940's. Modern Warfare is based on modern day combat, with modern weapons. That is why it is called modern warfare lol

in germany cod 5 is cut ,no burning enemys when they on fire they just fall to ground when the get burned,no blood,some scenes are not in the cut version like their land their blood there starts the mission outside the house,no gore......

If i'm correct, the sides were Japan, Germany, Italy, and several other small nations vs. America, Britian, and Russia.

Origionaly Germany was allied with Russia, but hitler decided to invade them, which was ultimatly what cost him the war. (at least i belive thats how it went)

i have the same dilemma and i thought of buying COD5 more because its fun to play alone, online or with frinds in the zombie mini-game, L4D is good but its basically the same thing over and over again, sure their is some mods 4 it out there but it still isnt enough. the only reason i would get L4D is if someone made a Zombie survival guide mod. hope this helps

This isn't veteran. Get out of cover too long = death. Stay in one place too long = 2+ grenades at your feet. IMO playing on Veteran is frustrating but rewarding.

It's a glitch that happened with me. One squad member gets stuck in the level and you cant regroup until he is there. You have 2 restart.

they point of a walk through is to help beginners if ur playig veteran and need a walkthrough it means to play on recruit. walk throughs wont help on veteran because the enemy can actually kill you and u need to no wat to do
