The Timebox CD as I mentiond before is avalible from either Amazon or Ebay and it is at a pretty cheap price as well. I got my copy from Ebay from a bussiness seller called 'Badlands' and all I paid was just under £10 well worth every penny I think. Some really great pictures of the band in the CD booklet too.
Timebox are a great 60's group no doubt about it and for all you fans of Timebox I recently bought an excellent CD of there's which I recommend to everyone here called 'Beggin - The Sound Of London's Mod/Club Scene', 27 great tracks, A as well as B sides there early recordings on the Piccadilly label and of course there later Deram recordings also a fair number of unreleased recordings which are good too. The CD booklet is great giving you the full story of them, avalible from Amazon
Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.
Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.
As a viynl records collector of 50s,60s and 70s music, anything released by Timebox on viynl is incredably hard to find on the Deram label. Even the compliation CD of Timbox that came out a few years ago is sadley now deleted. Timbox released some great tracks, there cover version of Frankie Valleys 'Beggin' is stunning and should of gone to number 1. it is just a pitty they were so underatted back then. This is propper music not like the crap you get these days which I absolutley hate
@r1u2g3r4ats I echo your sentiment about the band's cover of "Beggin." I just found them on youtube and feel cheated that I didn't know about them back in the 60s! Wonderful sound and talented young men; too bad some have passed away. They should have been an international name!
Found this group through a reference of like bands, amazing Group.Similar to the Small Faces sound, could see the period influences at work here with this single.Wonder if any UKTV Timebox performances still exist?Anyone able to assist with further info here would be very much appreciated indeed as have been researching classic british music performances from the 50's through late 70's.Fantastic video/clip,really liked it!

Is this Patto or Ollie Singing? And, what is Mike P doing in the song? Drums? Keyboards?
