I play Xbox and just got C&C3 KW. I don't get how you expand your base. Can't you only build inside the build circle?

you send out a surveyer and then unpack it, it turns in to a small base, well the gdi call it a surveyor i dont know what the other factions call it, but anyway its in the support menu near the back.

control click and put the thing arrow your units easy way to get units that are mixed up selected
