I have to say that I have my reservations about living in Harlem. West Village, Nolita and UES are neighborhoods that speak to me, but from what I've seen here, HH doesn't look that bad.

Is gentrification going on? And what about nefarious crime? Thanks for the video.

@jjtiojohn12 Thanks for the question. While we are experts in the furnished rental market in NY, sales are not our strong point. We can tell you that purchasing a residence differs from state to state. In NY, buyers and sellers are required to hire their own attorney to complete the purchase. Many are happy to do this as it makes the purchase process easier. As for the second part of your question, the average rent of a furnished 1bdr apartment in Hamilton Heights is $1900-2100/month

@JTBrandt23 Thank you for your comment, although Alexander Hamilton is famous for this duel, his great involvement in creating the US Constitution and writing a majority of the Federalist Papers is noteworthy to mention as well. Good catch!
