What's the truck with the boat on top that follows the rescue?

@jazzbutterworth I have no clue. I don't really pay much attention to the DCFD, I was just down for a vacation and seen them coming. So, i decided to take a video. My guess would be a special unit or something like that.

That is rescue company 3, their station is located at 2101 14th St. SE, they are housed with Engine 15, Battalion chief 3, Med 15 and Amb 15.
