I have been with sprint for many years and from my personal experience sprint the coverage is great and there are no roaming charges, lower prices than at&t and verizon and has the palm pre which is a great phone go for it

Ok. So I don't have the Palm Pre, but I do have the Palm Centro from Sprint. The phone kinda sucks, but Sprint is AWESOME. The voice quality is just great. It's almost landline quality. Internet is fast, Voice quality is great, etc... etc.. I'm gonna get the Pre tomorrow, so i'll try 2 send you a messange on YOutube or whatever, & tell you what it's like..

Sprint is a great company in new york idk where you live but the coverage here is great, and the pre is a great phone but if u have more cash HTC touch pro all the way

yea like if u bought the pre and u really wanted the iphone though ur yearly bill with the pre would be a thousand dollars cheaper then iphone im savin up to get one and yess they do have great coverage i would get the pre u'd be impressed but if u don't believe me then go to like a sprint store and talk to some one tht wrks there or find a place where u cn try it out

Unless you've held one , played with it for a fair amount of time, you have no right to complain or say that one is better than the other.

I agree, the iPhone is a great, fantastic phone, but you have to take in consideration the price, the fact it's revolved around entertainment and the fact being it's been out for 2 years (more FW updates).

i dont trust the company that released the centro. the paint on the phone wore off by my hands holding it.. the phone would freeze during an update and i wouldn't realize that i missed 10 calls until i restart my phone. plus being stuck with sprint customer service for another year would drive me up the wall. for whoever is thinking about buying this phone, wait a month after the release, because it might be everything its hyped up to be, but then again it could be this years instinct.

Seconded. Ill admit, I got sucked into the iphone, traded in my Centro, thinking that the hackability that follows with the jailbreak will allow me to get what I need from independant devs, just like I was doing with Tilt and Treo/Centro. Even with access to all these indie apps, it still doesnt make up for its shortcomings in the hardware department.

This is a nice app. I have been a loyal Palm OS user since the Palm V and Palm OS 3. So it's nice to be able to port my current apps to the new unit, as well as not having to worry about bying something for my current Treo 755p because I don't want to have something I can't use when the Pre comes out. Bravo on this great app.
