Chow Hound and Pay Day are praised for having a universal message, but Goldbrick does have a universal message about how being lazy will get you in the end
My favorite character is Technical Fairy, but this doesn't look like Technical Fairy in the short! is that his cousin?
Yes, Tojo had man boobies. He liked to attach tassels to them and twirl them around right in the face of the emperor Hirohito anytime the emperor discussed making peace with the Americans.
Thanks for telling me. The goal of me posting this was to get people to laugh medium, though, not hard. l will edit off the ending and replace it with something not-quite-as-funny. Thanks for informing me. Write me Anytime!
Btw, if you're curious, goldbricking refers to a popular 19th Century scam of convincing bankers to advance payments on shipments of gold nuggets, then delivering gold-plated stones instead. Eventually, goldbricking came to refer to any instance of taking the easy way out.
I saw this one on the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. 4, and the voices were weird---they sounded like a slow-speed record! This version is better. :)
What a lot of people don't realize is that the Looney Tunes Collection Vol. 4 was, due to time constraints, edited on a westbound high-speed train, and the slowed sound is actually a result of Einsteins General Relativity Theory time Dilation.
kinda...kinda generic Warner Brothers, too. It's possible, but the production of these cartoons were highly segmented, so few people knew entirely what they were working on. Looking back, the production staff were puzzled why Pvt. Snafu was treated to the full "top secret" routine, but such is life.

The song is a parody of Tit Willow from The Mikado by Gilbert and Sullivan. It's a good parody too.

Yeah! I hate the one on my Golden Collection DVD. Why can't they just reissue the disc and correct the speed?
By the way, I love the song!

That black bird-thing that appeared under the apple tree looked like it was designed by Dr. Seuss. (Yes, I read that he wrote this cartoon.)
