I would say that more positive incentives could have been introduced therefore promoting the efforts of women who are interested in Boardroom positions. Power I feel would still be equally divided among two individuals regardless of sex. It seems money does drive out the altruistic idea of coming to work but at the same accomplishment keeps me returning to the same job I have had for 8 years. Interesting case nonetheless.
