To be honest though I think your interpretation is wrong. Taking into consideration what is the right thing to do is absolutely not what the Gita recommends. This is what drove Arjuna to depression at the prospect of the battle. He simply fell into despondency. The Gita, in my view, is about surrendering your will to God. Or better, surrendering the illusion of your will. This does not involve considering or deciding, but following your heart spontaneously...pure, direct action! :)
