Indeed in the way it's used it's slang. I'm Swedish but according to the translation, directly translated it means "like" or "sort of". She ends the sentence with that word so in English it makes no sense, but if you talk any Nordic language it does make sense. Many people from Scandinavia use that word too often by bad habit, kinda like slang.
