No, it's not a bug. The odds of escaping are simply affected by how high the opponent's percentage is; the higher, the bigger the chance.

lol, a very small percentage of melee players actually used shields at the time.

No one felt the need. I wish ssbb had some of kirby's moves from melee. Kirby owns in both though.

i can see why advanced players would hate the change they did to kirby but i ALWAYS hated his dashing a and his mid-air forward b its more helpful to have it launch people away then have it rack up damage. and the dashing a pretty much always left me open for a smash attack cuz it didnt launch them away from me.

TBH you're right, they are level 1, but level 1 computers have better DI than, say, a level 9 computer character cause a level 9only seeks blood, while a level 1 seeks survival as programmed

a good combo for lucario is

(on GC control defaults)

A, A, --> B, smash --> A

it does the first two attacks of lucario's 3hit combo and then adds a grab and then it tosses em, and usually they will land close enough for his smash attack to hit them one last time... it does like 20~30dmg.

lolz, I can tell these computers are NOT lvl 9. Most the computers at that lvl could tech out of the combos, which is annoying. Despite your little message at the beginning, I am going to say that though most of your combos could be applied to SSBM, a few of them have only a slim chance of success, considering good players practice teching.
