Sports can have different levels of physical or mental challenge, neither of which can be empirically proven to be harder than another. I could list out the sports I've played, but that would use up many characters; but I have only picked up golf in the last few months. While you might not believe it, playing 18 holes is indeed mentally and physically tough, not even mentioning how hard the game actually is.
