The only gay relationship in Naruto is probably between Zabuza and Haku. It is only suggested they may have that kind of relationship, but i've read Kishimoto himself confirmed it.
By the way, even Zabuza-Haku relationship is pretty platonic (Haku is several years younger, it couldn't be otherwise).

About Sasuke, he actually liked Naruto. He said him he wants to kill him EXACTLY because he's is best friend, one of the closest people for him. He's so obsessed by vengeance he is ready to kill the person he cares of most if that means killing his own feelings to became a killing machine and learn Ipnotic Sharingan. But in fact he cares so much he is not able to do it.
