It isn't comfortable at all. I was definatley in excruciating pain when mine were done last year. They also went down within two months so I had a top up and 6months later they are almost as they were before the op. I would say to anyone to think careful before they choose this option; the results can be great as mine definately were, but it does not last long at all and it costs so much every year or however many months later you need to get it done again. I am now looking into implants.
