  • Real songs for real persons! Poison Girls were and remain humanity's barometer of tolerance and dissent. Viva Vi Subversa!

  • I love this song, but I have had to put animals down before. Kind of can't bear to watch a rat that has a tumor dragging it around or having a knicked eye that bursts and bleed suffer, but all in all I agree with this song being vegan.

  • amazing song. so true. within patriarchy the rights of women and animals are predicated on their convenience to men, not the ethics of reciprocity and not equality. "it's not natural, normal or kind"!

  • Capture, domesticate, exterminate: POWERFUL!

  • I love this but they didn't feed Jews to their guard dogs or make lamp shades out of them either..

  • @iEatBoneDust Actually they did. Ever heard of Ilse Koch?

  • this song is genius !!!!

  • A MUST LISSEN piece about animals -'pets' and likening it to NAZIs who 'pick the young and pretty girls for their mates and burned the old and ugly!" Thank you VI SUBVERSA for being 50 yrs old instead of a dumb 19 yr old when this came out- 1978

  • reaally good song. I really love Poison Girls. I wish someone would post Fear of Freedom, that song is wonderful.

  • absolute brilliant connection between the mistreatment of animals and women.

  • @iamme611

    no

  • In my mind, The Poison Girls were the only 'punk' band that made sense. They actually had a political agenda...

  • @sooterkin1

    you're wrong

  • yeah this albumn is good on acid

  • you dont need acid for this type of music, its for the mind and though .. you wont to trip out listen to the beatles numerologic mason bullshit.

  • Gawd bless vi subversa!

  • @ukdk123

    pass me the shit, please

  • Great song good melody

  • Love PG... "You're So Other" This album is awesome....

    quah.

  • Oh, for a world where women of Vi Subversa's conviction and imagination were the norm and not the exception...

  • This song is so powerful that it amazes me. It gives me goosebumps EVERY single time, and it was probably written before I was even born.

  • @TavaChip

    No doubt

Now, what do you do with it ?

  • Anyone know if Vi Subversa was vegan? everything she says about domesticating animals is true

  • The only time we'd listen to their albums were when we were tripping, talk about intense shit...

  • love this song
