  • If you want to get sport car, you have to drive one with manual transmission. Most, i'm not say all sport cars, they intend to make manual transmission. Does Toyota spyder mr2 have tilt steering wheel?

  • @forumreader1 Yes it does.

  • @JMKeynes123 Me im 6'6 :P ... can i drive this?

  • I want one too!! If only they weren't Manual because I just got my liscence and would be wayyyy to afraid to drive manual while STILL being new to driving!

  • there are automatics.

  • Yeah I found that out recently but they're still really hard to find in automatic. Hopefully I'll fiind one =)

  • just learn manual.... its not that hard... and a way better driving experience...

  • gay... autos are for fags who shouldn't be driving. learn how to really drive or take the bus.

  • haha are u 16 years old?

  • @lancerevolution1 and im guessing this be trolling yo by the looks of your name lol

  • I want one!

  • looks alot better with the TRD exhaust and spoiler on it... my buddy has one... he made it look more sporty.... rather then the euro look it has

  • the only thing that pisses me off is the top being cloth and manual. Do you worry about security (someone cuttin' through the top)?

  • Meh, just get an alarm easy enough. The top being cloth and manual is very good. If you have a motor operated top, or worse a motor operated hard top, you're adding weight. This car is a light and nimble 2,150 lbs, and its because of skimping on things like this. They're easy to put up and down anyway.

  • @Cordius finally first person to understand lol those cars have no power ppl so the plan is to have no weight lol

  • Looks like mine apart from I have gorgeous black alloys!

  • I have a 2002 one of these, in Red with the detatchable hard top and I love it to bits. In decent dry conditions it is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. It handles great, sounds great and for a sports car it reallys isn't too bad re comfort. The only downside is no boot (trunk) and really crap storage

In the wet - it is a f*cking death trap...so make sure you have good rubber - you really do have to take it easy or you will put yourself in hospital....

  • nice, I've seen some that are all supped up and they look real nice.

  • not bad i paid 7000 for mine and it is well worth it

  • how much?

  • is a fun car i got one my is 2001

  • Nice man, my second car (also my current car) is a 01 mr2. Great cars. I am considering getting another one with lower miles and building it up. They make both great tuner cars and great high end sports cars that compete with lotus and porshe when modded (which is what i want to do :D).

  • I currently have a Mazdaspeed3 and this MR2 was before my Civic Si. Bought this MR2 back in 2003 so there was plenty back then.

  • Was it hard to find? It seems like I never find more than like 2 within 100 miles of me.

  • just as much fun as a lotus elise well worth getting (",)

  • i def recommend this as a first car. oversteers easily so be careful accelerating fast in sharp turns.

  • yeah man i cant decide between this or a celica for my first car what do you think?

  • I'm not sure if a car with zero storage space is a wise choice for your *first* car.

  • oh well its too late i already got a 350z haha

  • @riceahoy I'm 6' foot tall. Would i fit into this car?

  • @biostyle Yes I am 5'11 and I fit pefectly wit extra room in my 91

  • hey nice ride. would you recommend this car? im 16 and thinking about getting one of these.
