I've worked at State Farm for over eleven years and happen to know most of the people in the video. Top Notch Company with Top Notch people that REALLY care about your personal development and work/life balance. I bet the film crew didn't have to work too hard to find people to interview since the comments in the video really reflect the overall attitude of the employees. Great Company!!

ur a joke man. i work at a SF call center too and there r tons of opportunities to grow. they encourage getting a college degree so u dont have to stay at the 'unconditionally mobile' condition u mention.
